Common booking questions.
1. How do I reserve Red Basement?
Start by submitting the booking form with your requested dates and guest details. We will confirm availability and share the next steps to complete your reservation.
2. Is the booking form a confirmed reservation?
No. A booking is only confirmed once availability is approved and payment terms are completed.
5. What is included with a stay?
Guests have access to the home and its shared spaces, with details provided during booking. Specific amenities, occupancy limits, and house rules will be shared before confirmation.
6. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Use outside of these dates and times is not permitted without prior approval.
7. Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance by Owner.
8. What are the payment terms?
A deposit of $250 or 10% of the total booking amount, whichever is greater, is required to secure a booking. The deposit will be applied toward the total rental amount.
All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Agreement. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the check-in date.
9. What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in, the deposit is retained. For cancellations within 7 days of check-in, there is a charge equivalent to one night stay.
